2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use our services. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Products, Services & Description
We strive to display Products and describe Customization Services as accurately as possible via photographs and descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that your screen's display of colors, textures, or details will be perfectly accurate. Vintage items are unique and may exhibit signs of wear consistent with age, which will be noted to the best of our ability.
For Customization Services, you are responsible for providing accurate instructions, measurements, and design details. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An Order is only an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product or service unavailability.

• Errors in pricing or description.

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.

• Inability to complete Customization Services based on the garment's condition or feasibility.
  We will notify you if your Order is cancelled and issue a refund if payment was collected.
  For Customization Services, your Order is accepted only when we confirm via email that we have begun the work. These services are final and typically non-refundable once production has commenced.

5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in [Currency, e.g., USD]. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Prices for Customization Services are provided as quotes and may be subject to change if requested modifications differ from the initial inquiry. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account. Payment must be made by the methods specified on the Site.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We will arrange for shipment of Products to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable to your region. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
For customized items, production lead times will be communicated upon Order confirmation. The delivery estimate will include this production time.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• New Clothing: May be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached within [e.g., 14 days] of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy.

• Vintage Clothing: Are sold as-is, with descriptions noting flaws. Returns are only accepted if the item is significantly not as described.

• Customization Services: All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of embroidery, alterations, and liners, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for completed custom work, unless the item is damaged or the work is materially defective and not as specified in the confirmed Order.
